比较高等教育管理；教育行政管理；创业与创新管理

胡瑞，教育学博士，主要从事比较高等教育管理，教育行政管理，创新与创业管理、创业公共政策、等方面的研究。在《中国高教研究》、《比较教育研究》等期刊发表学术论文20余篇，其中两篇分别被人大复印资料的“管理科学”和“科研管理”收录；独著《新工党执政时期英国高校创业教育研究》专著1部、副主编《湖北省农科教结合研究》专著1部、参编《大学教育管理探索》等专著3部，主持或参与国家社科基金、教育部人文社科基金、湖北省人文社会科学基金等各类课题10余项。

1.《新工党执政时期英国高校创业教育研究》（独立完成人），于2013年11月获中国高等教育学会第九届“高等教育学”优秀博士论文提名奖；

2.《研究型大学研究生教育管理体制与运行机制创新研究与实践》（第二完成人），获2009年“学位与研究生教育学会优良研究成果奖”；

3.《湖北省农科教结合运行机制研究》（主要完成人），获“2011年度湖北省优秀调研成果一等奖”和“2012年度国家级科技思想库（湖北）优秀决策咨询成果一等奖”。
